1. Leads are sent to you while the customer is still on the phone to the call centre, so franchisees have no opportunity to see the lead and accept or reject it.

If a customer calls and a franchisee is available in that area, the lead goes to the franchisee.  If there isn’t a franchisee available in the area, the lead goes to a Bizza contractor.

Reasons there may not be a franchisee available is either there isn’t one in the area, or if there is one, their leads are switched off.

If a franchisee has their leads switched on, the leads go to them – if they are switched off, it comes to Bizza.
